We are in the midst of a signal retiming project for Snowden River, which included getting updated vehicle counts from each intersection, so I'll take a closer look at the counts for Berger when we adjust its timing.

Longer term, the upcoming Snowden River widening project (capital project J4222) will give us an opportunity to look at other solutions, such as a change in the lane assignments, a right turn arrow, or otherwise. Why do you think that Berger should be signed for No Turn on Red...do you think there is a sight distance issue?

Today it's ok with right on red with the one turn lane. Good visibility. My main concern is driver responsibility, traffic coming up Snowden exceeds speed limit by quite a bit during the day, but that's not the intersection's fault. I was attempting to provide a way around having the weird 'no right on red from the left lane' scenario if the intersection was changed. Thank you for your consideration and the link! Appreciate it.
