A utility company, possibly a cable company, removed a box of some kind and left a hole in the ground. They covered the hole with 2x6 lumber and left it in this condition. Based on my recollection, it has been this way for at least one year.

I believe the location is within the Town Center Blvd Right of Way and located on county land - it's approximately 18" off the sidewalk.
