oh no, we do have a lot of homeless that hang out in that area. Maybe they are fake? Call 508-872-1212 when you see them so the police can investigate right then. I am a neighbor who reports the homeless who stand out on rt. 30 when they hang out in the area too. It is infuriating as some people are NOT really homeless but just collecting their days wages, then they go and get in their nice cars and use their cell phones!

Their behavior would not be listed under "charity". They have a right to free speech, even if that includes asking for money.
If they are in and out of traffic, it becomes a police issue. If they disrupt traffic, it is also an issue.
