I thought that public drinking houses were required to serve food? Why does this place not have to serve food?

Right now it is operating as a private club that requires a membership, following the laws. When construction is completed, it is my understanding that they will be serving a limited menu.

I don't know of any bar fights here, but I know it is a "drunkfest" as the poster commented Saturday night.
The problem at this strip mall comes from the homeless shelter walking over here and getting malt liquor and wine at the convenient store and consuming it on the property. This has been reported for years, and the RPD is always slow to react, but I understand that their resources may prevent them from being quick to act to incidents on this property. I have seen those homeless people urinating in public, arguing, yelling, fighting, and even having sex. Lights on the side of the building (next to the laundry) would probably clean up these issues.

The person who started this complaint has reported several false complaints about Trophy including reporting a stabbing on Saturday night that never happened. I think this person needs to talk personally with the owners of Trophy, settle the beef they have with them, and move on. These false complaints are not fair to the other people using SeeClickFix. If the person who is making these false complaints would just talk to the owners of Trophy, then they would know that a full kitchen will be finished in May or June and food will be served.

RPD is aware of reports and will be patrolling the vicinity. Thanks for reporting; closing issue in SeeClickFix.

As the above commenter mentioned, we would be happy to discuss the issues that the poster seems to be having. There was no fight and no stabbing, so we'd like the opportunity to discuss why these false claims are being made. We have posted about parking, but we can't actually control where people park. The only fights I have seen are between the homeless hanging out next to the laundry, not at the bar.

Vagrants will continue to be a problem until Wake County & all Cities and Towns come together to
start a program to forcefully relocate people without a valid address or valid proof of a round-trip airline ticket & proof of accommodation in a hotel / motel out of Wake County (with a choice of either free one way flights to California (LAX / SFO) or 155 days jail time for vagrants who are caught)

This concern was about an apparent fight, not the homeless, so this issue can be closed. If you want to discuss the homeless problem and all they do at West Morgan Center, open a new issue, but you won't get anywhere with it with the City of Raleigh.

Then let the RPD Homicide detectives deal with it as there is a LOT of people prepared to take DECISIVE ACTION to GET RID of ALL HOMELESS from Wake County ;)

This is a ridiculous complaint, I live across the street and there was no bar fight. The homeless issue on this property is another issue.
