I would imagine the parking was approved when submitted to build. Was this approved as is, thus stays as is and can be closed ?

The specific area is now striped and designated no parking - loading area only.
It's no longer a bottleneck. Thank you.

I am so happy to see this issue finally fixed.
That curb cut was always supported to be a loading zone for the restaurant that was there previously. It was never striped for angle parking. Drivers just took it upon themselves to park at angle blocking a lane of traffic. Kudos to whomever took care of this.
