There is a large RV parked at this property and hooked up to electric. People are living in it. They have even layed carpeting down on the grass at the entrance to the RV. Per the county parking ordinance:

No lot or parcel of land shall contain more than one motorized boat, boat trailer, or boat on trailer, or two jet skis and one recreational vehicle stored outside of a completely enclosed building, and no such vehicle or equipment shall be used for living, sleeping, housekeeping or business purposes. In addition, no such vehicle or equipment shall be connected to utility services except in preparation for departure.
