***7449 Weld Street*** I don' know what category add this issue under.

Please help by calling the police non-emergency when this car Royal Blue Van with license plate 7AWL280 is blasting music through out the day and night. Driver is a black male about 5'7", slim built, has a full beard. He hangs around the apartment complex 7445, 7447, and 7449 Weld Street.

Your help and support on this matter is really appreciated. I have called the non-emergency but I'm thinking if more people call this guy out then the police might take some action.
