This is still an issue. Lights flicker on and off and at times there are no lights at all. Other neighbors including myself need to put on their porch light on just to have some light. Its just pitch black. There are two light posts with issues.

Is there someone to contact to address this? Its been going on far too long. The light post in-front of 82 Wolcott doesn't go on at all and the light post at 93 Wolcott flickers then turns off often.
