I didn't close it because it isn't an issue, I closed it because you reported the exact same thing twice within 1 minute. It's just a repeat of Issue ID: 445497.

start a program to forcefully relocate people without a valid address or valid proof of a round-trip airline ticket & proof of accommodation in a hotel / motel out of Wake County (with a choice of either free one way flights to California (LAX / SFO) or 155 days jail time for vagrants who are caught)

Note that we will continue to reopen these issues until COR formulates a concrete plan in a city council meeting to deal with the homeless / vagrant problem in the city of Raleigh by passing city ordinances outlawing the following:
- Living in any vehicle inside city limits
- Loitering on city owned sidewalks, parks etc without proof of a place to live (homeless shelter, apartment rental, house ownership etc) with proof defined as a valid state of NC ID and/or Drivers Licence with the current address listed on the ID or Drivers Licence)
City of Raleigh NEEDS to create a city ordnance allowing for the trespassing of people who violate the above from being inside the corporate boundaries of the city of Raleigh (just like being trespassed from a property by the police, but this would be a city-wide trespass applying to ALL property inside the City of Raleigh)

The city of Raleigh DID close the issue, as a duplicate of issue 445497. You are just wasting their time by forcing them to close the same issues over and over again, and you are not going to magically fix the homeless problem by being annoying.
D350 suggested the proper course of action above, for those interested. Talk to the city council. That's what the city council is for. Here are those email addresses again: John.Odom@raleighnc.gov, mary-ann.baldwin@raleighnc.gov, randall.stagner@raleighnc.gov, nancy.mcfarlane@raleighnc.gov
