A tree limb is obstructing the side walk and pedestrian are now walking in the street to avoid getting hit. It’s frustrating to pay taxes and feel like you’re being neglected. This situation should never take two months to resolve.
I also suggested the owner be contacted for property maintenance that has not happen either.
At what point, this situation borders on ridiculous.

As many parks and recreation workers ride pass Newhall Street to get to Rockford baseball field everyday, someone should think enough about the community and take the tree trunk away.

We need public work workers to truly make a difference in the community.....

If that’s not enough, ride down Dixwell and checkout how many trees have overgrown grass around the base. It’s Disgusting!!!no one informs the businesses of their responsibility or the businesses are waiting on public works department to do the job. Either way, communication is lacking!!!

If the summer hires need work, trimming grass around the trees on Dixwell would be a great place to start.
