Homeless encampment is blocking both pavements. I should not have to walk on the road because the city is unable to manage the homeless encampments. It's bad enough that I need to smell trash and @#$% when I walk to work, now I'm expected to walk in the road. You need to move this encampment as well as the one on Webster so people who choose to support the environment and walk to work dont have to start their day with the smell of crap. If you can't do this, please provide me with reasonably priced parking so I can walk to work. I'm so sick of complaining about the same thing. FIX the issue or refund all the money you charge me for owning a home even though you provide me with zero services. Thank you.
