Q. Please describe the issue
A. At the end of Gill Street in front of the fence leading to the field behind Stefanik school there is all kinds of yard waste, piles of wet leaves, other trash, etc. If the city could clean this mess up and trim down the overgrown bushes along that fence it would be greatly appreciated. I don’t believe they myself or my neighbors should be responsible for cleaning this up as it is not on any of our property
