Housing Development, Boyers Ridge in Severn, has a concern about orange cables sticking out of ground at different residences and locations in the development. These are cut off and not buried orange cables that pose a hazard for walkers and residents. Who is responsible for the cables, what are they, and are they to be buried at some point? I have no pictures available at this time.
