This Stop sign at top of 600 block of Wesley just before Merritt is partly blocked by shade and tree leaves. Drivers not familiar with this location are bursting through from Macarthur at 30-40 mph. They are not stopping. This is a safety hazard for ALL pedestrians and intersecting vehicles at this five way intersection. Please lower sign and/or trim tree on the right. NOT graffiti - this is an overgrown tree.
