Not only, are the dirty towels still hanging on the fence, now there is a trash bag hanging there as well. Please fix this issue.

They are still hanging dirty towels on the fence. This has been an ongoing issue since 2017. Please fix this issue

I have been reporting this issue, since November of 2017. They are still hanging dirty towels on the fence, at the dog park on Waite Street. Please fix this issue.
