My neighbors at 1174 Ramblewood drive Annapolis md always just let their dogs outside unattended. They do not have leashes or collars. Their son sometimes comes out with them and let them cap all over our yard and does not pick it up. They are now squeezing through my fence and coming up on our deck and pooping all over the place. I've asked them a few times to keep an eye on their dogs but it is still happening. I have two children and two dogs that cannot use the fenced in area on my property because the less peripheral let their dogs go and do whatever the want
