Sometimes I wonder if the BYA staff enter the building with their heads down, completely oblivious. There has been gang related tagging on their garage door, near the main entry, for months. There are also several gang-related tags on the East side of the building, facing Strawberry Creek Park right next to where children and families gather. The community should not tolerate this near any public park. What kind of ALTERNATIVE is this for at-risk youths? This is Darryl Moore's District.
