That's one location. I have seen other trash piles too all within a block of each other in this neighborhood. I KNOW city and county employees have seen this. It can't be missed or overlooked.

Maybe we need to get more residents involved to get someone's attention. Why do we pay taxes if our city employees don't act on this without the need for local residents to complain?? I see city and county "official" vehicles passing this mess all the time. Why don't they report it? And if they did report it, why hasn't it been cleaned up? I think I know the answer...its not one of the fancy neighborhoods where a house costs hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Again all this trash on the side of the road is within one block of the town's brand new expensive splash pad.

Wake Forest Power - BP assigned this issue to Planning - CJ

The Town of Wake Forest provides bulk for items over 75 lbs. each that need to be scheduled by the resident. Bulk pickup is not provided for items under 75 lbs. each, move outs, cleanouts, or evictions, no construction debris, concrete, or electronics. All trash and recycling are to be in the carts provided by the Town to be serviced per the Town's code of ordinance. How does your typical beaurocratic response fix the problem? This mumbo jumbo when people have dumped trash out in public spaces does nothing to FRIGGING FIX the problem!

This needs to be escalated to your management. The purpse of this online service is to identify and FIX problems. Not to read your BS! Take the initiative and do your friggn job!

Which one? The biggest pile of trash as far as the pictures go is 520 East Juniper Avenue. There is a pile at 625 East Walnut Avenue. There's also a pile at 408 East Walnut Avenue or somewhere in that vicinity. There is yet another pile at 501 East Juniper Avenue. Which takes care of all of the piles that are listed in pictures in this post. I think the underlying problem however isn't that there are so many piles of trash it's that this area doesn't see code enforcement hardly at all. This is a reoccurring problem at many of these places and it makes our town look trashy.

What is the status of cleaning up 520 East Juniper Ave? The property looks abandoned. Why can't the city just get it cleaned up? What will happen a month from now when it is still there? The issue is getting it cleaned up, not trying to find out whom is responsible which probably wont happen. In fact, why has the structure not been torn down? Its a danger to people/children living nearby.

Thank you so much. Obviously its more involved to get it taken care of than I thought. There are still pieces of carpet, however, 2 empty lots down from 520 E. Juniper (towards White st) on the corner by the crosswalk.

Any more citations issued to get the carpet remains cleaned up?
