Description

Weeds and litter are present everywhere from curb to alley. This establishment is an eyesore and a blight on the community. Weeds in planters lining the boulevard are waist high. Fence is falling down in alley. This is a recurring problem. Hard to imagine any conscientious business operating in this manner.
