I aggree with Tony. Don't see why malden shouldn't have a contact person to change light bulbs at a park in malden, even if it's state owned. Please don't pass the buck, it defeats the purpose of this app. Thank you for the info though.

I appreciate your input, but this is the property of of the State of Massachusetts, no one within the City of Malden has the permission to repair/replace or maintain any of the lights along their roadways, as it would be illegal. The State Police would not allow anyone to stop and work there without a Police Detail. I have called these in for repair, but we all must work together to try to get the State highway repair crews out there, so if you don't call it in, it doesn't help see this matter through.....Nick, we do repair our own parks and quite a number of "City Owned" lights, if they arise, I will always identify and acknowlege the repairs needed, there is no passing the buck, we all need to work together to try to keep Malden Safe,
