That is home to several visually impaired people with guide dogs. They bag the feces and leave it under the tree for collection. There are quite a few residences further up State Street and on Spring street where the feces is left all over the sidewalk on a regular basis. This should be closed.

It is sad when the visually impaired bag their dog crap, but people perfectly able to pick it up do not. And even worse that those kinds of things are not enforced in Albany.
