On Friday the street was posted for cleaning for the July 4th Holiday. The Street Sweeper did not do Harding St. In June the street was also not cleaned because of the construction, understandable; but there was no construction on Friday why was the street not cleaned; it is covered with dirt, dust, papers etc. The sweeper did Porter street which is also under construction so why not Harding? The street needs to be cleaned especially the ODD Side and waiting until August now and assuming this is no construction at time is unacceptable. I know the city will not be able to move cars now but the DPW should at least have the sweeper come down and do a cleaning even it has to go around the parked cars. Again especially on the ODD Side of the street.
