Description

Streetlight placed within 2 feet of tree. Standing on Ellsworth & Glen at night, light completely obscured by tree. Block site of illegal activity. Stolen car left there, passenger sleeping in car found, nightly drinking with liquor & beer bottles left, frequently smashed in street or on sidewalk. This morning clothes found in street. A credit card found recently. Daily dumping of trash, usually fast food containers.
