City needs to fix that site ASAP. It looks disgusting!! Landlord or manager needs to take action immediately. I drive past by that area and the site of it is a sore eye.

What’s even sadder is that there are kids living in that environment. Makes my heart ache. This place is where a metro PCS store is attached to and across the street is KFC the landlord should make sure he checks his apartment complex or hire someone weekly to make the outside look presentable.

I suggest getting the address correct and calling Oak311 and report this problem.

So now there’s a sign up on this building saying keep out of East Oakland no gentrification gosh you think it’s because we’re sending someone to clean their living area?

The sign that says "NO gentrification" is clearly a show of fear from whomever posted it. Sign needs to be remove ASAP. That is clearly a prejudice and racist from whoever posted the sign. East Oakland welcome all law abiding, working class, professional people from all backgrounds.

The sad thing is, if and when the City clean it up, ghetto/dirty people will probably dump their trash there again. This needs to stop, the City needs to put a sign that says $1000 fine for illegal dumping!!

That's not enough. A bump it to 1500.00 to start plus make them pay what ever rewards there are for people turning them in 500.00 to 800.00. It needs to be painful. If they cannot pay it all once put them on a payment plan plus several hundred hours community service. The quicker they pay the less community service.
