Last Sunday morning I saw him sitting in the outdoor eating area of Chick-fil-A when they were closed.

Saturday PM I saw him sleeping at the right side of the bench with trash and debris around him and in the planter

As of now the entire cement pad for the bus stop needs a bleach power wash to remove this man's body fluids from surfaces.

The entire area has become a Bio Hazard to anyone sitting at the bus stop.
You can see the dried fluid runoff into the gutter maybe just pretend its harmless.

Enough is enough, please do something about this situation, it is becoming a serious public health risk.
Bus stops are not campgrounds, I drove past him yesterday, he was sleeping on the ground without a shirt right next to people using the bus stop.
