Parking Enforcement Officer investigated this issue and found no vehicles in violation of city ordinance..

I am surprised that this is not a violation. Are you allowed to park a landscaping trailer on the street and never move it? This person also uses the driveway of the vacant house on the corner to store his other landscaping vehicles. If he is running a commercial business from his house, it isn't okay to block the street.. The address is 56 Kenny drive.

It's always there, no license. I am out of town this week. I'll shoot it when I get home. It is not a vehicle, just a trailer with rocks in the back. Tilted up. Impossible to miss--maybe it just isn't a violation?
