Thank you for using Improve Detroit. This sidewalk complaint has been referred to the City Engineering Department for investigation. Sidewalk repairs and replacements are completed only at the time when the street is resurfaced, during construction season. Our goal at the DPW Street Maintenance Division is to is to maintain the City of Detroit's roadways in order to promote safe travels within the City.

Sidewalk not fixed! Also all areas where new water lines were installed have been left torn up and without grass for weeks. With winter and snow coming it will be extremely hard to shovel and it will be extremely hard to walk on those areas. Very dissapointed in how this project is handled.

The tree issue is not resolved but the sidewalk has been replaced..thank you for that. The tree will probably die since so many roots were cut to put in a new water line.

I am just here looking this a sad that this issue has not been resolved yet. This offers no kind of hope for the complaints that I make of various issues....smh

This was resolved in 2018. Sad part about it is the system is so antiquated or this post has been overlooked for so long.
