It makes no sense to inconvenience the clients that pay to park on a monthly basis and have for years and years.

The Beck trucks damaged my vehicle, but since I didn't watch it happened they said I couldn't prove it. But the dent wasn't there when I left my vehicle parked next them and it was there when I left work.. still parked next to the Beck truck.

This is appalling. This needs to be addressed. The people who work in this building are unable to fully utilize the parking service that they pay for.

Per the South Core Parking Lease Agreement between the City and The James Museum, they have operational control of Parking Floor 3 at all times and operational control of the Floor 4 between the hours of 6 A.M. and 6 P.M. daily. The 4th floor is full with monthly parkers, however there is still plenty of spaces on the 3rd floor. Beck is the contractor for the James Museum Project. It is the James Museums contractual right to allow them to park on the 3rd or 4th floors if they so choose. Any damage to a vehicle by another vehicle should be reported to the police department for investigation.

While there may be plenty of open spaces on the 3rd floor it is BLOCKED by orange cones EVERY morning when I arrive at 8AM and NOT open to monthly parking clients. I do note some people have started running over the cones and accessing 3. However, if the powers that be simply removed cones and let us park on 3 none of this would be a problem. If we find 4 full and try to go back down to 3 they have that entrance blocked as well and often times a guard is there refusing to let you onto 3 despite the plethora of open spaces. So saying there are spaces available on 3 but denying access to them makes very little sense. If you leave during the day you can see that the majority of 3 is open for parking but it is blocked in the morning and inaccessible to monthly parking clients.

Where can we find a copy of the South Core Parking Lease Agreement?

And bright and early Monday AM floor 3 is blocked by orange cones.

Contractors from Beck & Kast still taking up a vast majority of parking on 4th floor. 3rd floor still blocked with rope & cones in early mornings, PAYING monthly parkers cannot use 3rd floor and contruction trucks, should be on 7, are hogging 4th floor. Icing on the crap cake...the elevator is out of order again!!! Kindly get the construction trucks to park on 7 per the lease agreement with garage & city so monthly parkers can get what they pay for...
