The issue with the camera strobing when nobody is crossing its path has been going on for months and reported numerous times. Something needs to be done about the malfunction. Thanks

The is a Redlight Automated Enforcement issue and you will need to report this by calling their office directly (410-313-3216). They will have someone go out to check the camera.
