Description
This is what happens when you allow single family homes to become inns through Airbnb rather than implement restrictions like Denver did. They are parking on the grass and have taken over the cul de sac. This little single lane dead end street can't handle all the extra vehicles.

Also, zoning has been adopted to ensure a quality of life and HELPS keep us from constantly being at war with our neighbors. The surgeon living in your neighborhood has quick access to the hospital in emergencies, but doesn't perform as well with multiple wakings as vehicles pull in and out through the night, music blaring and alarms beeping. I'd rather my surgical team had a good night's sleep before my surgery. As they'd like me to be at my best as I pursue my profession.

The latter part of your response seems to be more related to a larger issue (should large Airbnb’s be allowed in residential neighborhood?), but the comments on rainwater and lake pollution are something I hadn’t considered before, and are valid concerns.
