Description
On TH, 7/26, I crashed on my bike while turning from WB 51st (coming from Broadway) onto NB Shafter. There was--and still is, as of 7/31/1--NO SIGNAGE warning WB traffic on 51st of the uneven pavement at the NE corner. I lost traction after hitting the 2-inch dropoff from 51st into the unfinished Gallagher & Burk repaving area, hit loose asphalt and/or the 2-inch concrete lip inside the corner, and hit my head, cracking my helmet all the way through.
On TU, 7/31, I drove by to find a 6- to 12-inch "ramp" from the existing pavement level down to the still-unfinished repavement area at Shafter on all sides, but there is still loose asphalt and NO WARNING SIGNS along WB 51st (coming from Bdwy).
