2 heaps, both near the yellow gate at the north end of the frontage road which runs parallel to Skyline from the intersection with Grass Valley Dr. One heap is household items, e.g. blanket, boxes, tennis rackets. The other heap, about 10 yards south, is three black bags of unknown contents, but flies and stink suggests rotting animals. Second photo uploaded as a comment.
