On 53rd and San Pablo Avenue, while driving on San Pablo Avenue and trying to make a left turn westbound on 53rd, the left turn signal is very inconsistent. When there is only one car present or seemingly at random, several traffic light cycles will go by without the traffic light turning green. At worst, I counted 6 traffic light cycles before I exited the lane go straight instead.
