Q. Please briefly describe the situation.
A. Both sewer drains on Hackett & Sycamore are clogged up with debris and standing water. Houses on this side of sycamore were recently flooded by backflow. We called AWD dispatch last week, who said it would be done on Wednesday morning. It has not been completed.
