fuller avenue entire street looks to be an alley but it is labeled a street and is nearly impossible to take a car down the road to the eventual dead end. it is surrounded by apartments for the U. of U. I couldn't count how many 12" or more holes are on this street....there must be a reason already as to why this hasn't been resolved, there is no way the city doesn't know about this....I think it is embarrassing to see the students see such a poor example of the city streets in such disrepair....please help! Thanks!
