facing east on stanford at san pablo the street signs saying no turn on red are not visible at night. One sign is at the SW corner at eye level and the other is at the SE corner high up on a pole. It's impossible to see the SE corner at night and the SW corner sign is not very visible and easily missed. I constantly see cars making a right turn on red. Signs need light at night and/or repositioning and larger size. Who is responsible if someone makes an illegal turn and is involved in an accident because the signs were not visible?
