This loss of water - or rather WASTE of water - should incur a fine for the individual building the house, or rather the contractor! We do NOT have enough clean, viable drinking water for it to be wasted in such a manner! This must be fixed immediately!!

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews old SeeClickFix reports in an effort to clean-up past issues that were resolved some time ago. We are now marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
