This same light is a problem for the cars on 49th Street. Heading north the light is green for like 20 seconds and then you have to sit at a red light for 4 minutes. Please do not shorten the light anymore, I’ve complained like 3 times about how horribly timed this light is and nothing gets done.

We have received this request and are investigating the concern.

The lane closures and signal timing will be dictated by the Gateway Expressway Project for the foreseeable future. The project has a completion date of Fall 2021.
