Description

At 2:30 on Tuesday Sept. 18th woman fell on her face due to a piece of the sidewalk walk is missing. Injured her knee and ankle. The sidewalk is severely cracked and now a large chunk is missing. She caught her heel in the whole. She entered our building screaming for help and wanted to talk to someone.
