I need to re open this issue - I reported it back in November, Issue #3838996 and received a response but to date, the repairs have not been made. The sewer drain is badly clogged, needs to be cleaned out and leveled. When it rains the street floods and then floods into my lower unit. Jennifer responded before so I hope this will be resolved quickly before the rains start. Thank you!

The drain is still clogged - when will it be cleared out and fixed? Luckily the rains haven't started yet.
Apparently it was assigned to Derek of Solid Waste and Recycling on 9/18/18. Do I need to call the Solid Waste & Recycling department?
