This complaint is concerning all the TRASH, LITTER & OTHER DEBRIS in the area of WILLIAMS AVE.,between Morton & Bennett St. The caller is requesting the placement of PUBLIC TRASH RECEPTACLES to help alleviate some of the refuse that is constantly being thrown out of cars and persons who pass through this area.
