There is a continual pattern of dumping in front of two of the properties of our church one being 1940 23rd Ave. there is a box spring and mattress that has been placed on the sidewalk near a speed limit sign.
Secondary issue that there is a pile of trash that has been placed in front of our parking lot six or seven bags of trash this is been happening for a few weeks and we end up feeling our trash just to get it away from the neighborhood.
