Description
Pathetically, the hobo is back at the bus stop. It's the usual mess here. Late yesterday I was driving past and noticed several people wating for a bus- standing BEHIND the bus stop? Then I realized this guy was back making a filthy mess as usual. This is Vallejo's prime shopping area and the city can't even do anything about this here? Very sad. Especially sad for the people who can't even use the bus shelter.
BTW- your SEARCH mode is next to useless. It rarely shows related issues or much of anything.

Also new trails of his fluids leading to the gutter
Please re arrest him on any and all charges related to his presence at this bus stop
Or just blast him with a high pressure water cannon for a while
