A participant in the bike tour portion of this Saturday's Bike Walk CT statewide bike summit got a puncture due to excessive amounts of broken glass in the Crescent St bike lane. This reflected very poorly on New Haven, caused a 20-minute delay, and forced us to truncate our bike ride.
