Ceiling in my sons room drips water when it rains. I have contacted Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust MULTIPLE times about my concern about the integrity of the roof. someone was sent out twice to look at the ceiling. Both times they stated the roof needed repair and no repairs were made. I have lived at the residence for four years and the leaking has been an issue for four years.

There is also a mice infestation in the entire building. BNT will provide glue traps and has attempted to seal any openings but the mice continue to get into the apartment
