Some departments seem to respond rather quickly to see click fix issues and update the site as to the progress of issues if it is an issue that cannot be immediately resolved like the parking department. But their seems to be a large amount of see click fix issues that remain open with absolutely no action for long amounts of time like the Engineering Department. In the name of transparency please post a list showing the amount of open see click fix issues by department as well as the average time to complete these issues from start to finish. The taxpayers of this city are entitled to know which departments are actually working hard and which departments are on cruise control just collecting a paycheck while ignoring their duties.
