Description

Storm grate is cocked in the street, as if someone tried to remove it. This is a safety hazard for vehicles and pedestrians.

Because it was a safety hazard to insure a faster respond you should have called public safety 203 946-6316. You can then post to alert others and to have a record it was called in.
