R. Night time street light (new LED) flashes all night long. I assume it has a sensor like Christmas lights and when it turns off it reflects too much light to the sensor turning it off and then turns back on. It looks brand new so I doubt it it defective. It is on the southwest corner of white st and Washington ave just south of union st. West of Washington gym
