Hi! The manhole between the Liberty Building and Omni Hotel (indicated in red in the attached image) has started to click and clack from about a week ago, when a car passes it over in a relatively high speed in night times. The clacking noise is often very loud, which makes me struggle to sleep. I believe this issue can be fixed since there has been no noise from it until very recently. Please consider to address this issue. Thank you!
