Have seen and experienced many close calls at this intersection with cars comming northbound and not stopping, or even slowing at the intersection. Please post a stop sign on 44th so they have to stop prior to driving on to 140th.

Your request regarding a traffic signal/traffic sign has been closed. This issue has been reviewed. The requested stop sign does not meet the MUTCD warrant requirements. Location has proper sight distance, low vehicular volumes and no accident history to warrant further consideration of a stop control device. The City has no record of a stop sign at this location since the annexation in 1989.
